Access Bars® Sessions

The Access Bars® is an energetic hands on body technique. It involves lightly touching the 32 points or energy ‘bars’ on the head, each of which corresponds to a particular area in your life. This light touch allows all the judgements, points of view, limitations, thoughts, feelings and emotions about these areas of your life to be cleared, allowing your life to totally change, the way you to respond to things to change, and allowing your life to begin to become easier, and you to be happier… How does it get any better than that?

The Bars® is essentially 32 points on the head that when lightly touched allow all the judgements, points of view, limitations, thoughts, feelings and emotions about many areas of your life to be cleared, allowing your life to totally change, the way you to respond to things to change, and allowing your life to begin to become easier, and you to be happier… How does it get any better than that?

So in addition to watching an instructional DVD and meeting the founder of Access Consciousness® Gary Douglas and the co-creator Dr Dain Heer, in the class you get to learn the Bars by both receiving and giving it twice. We also go through the manual and give you an introduction to the fundamental tools of Access Consciousness®.

So during the class you get to lay down on the massage table and receive the ACCESS BARS®. Generally for the next 1.5 hours you may be mostly sort of passed out and also really alert and present at the same time. It’s strange - you become so so relaxed (often to the point of sleeping), and yet you know you are on the table and you can remember everything going on around you.

I remember that when I got off the table at my first Bars class I was a different woman. I was relaxed. Deeply relaxed. I had a clear mind - like it was EMPTY. I did not have a worry or a thought or a concern in my mind. I don’t remember having felt this relaxed EVER in my life until then. This class is the first class in Access Consciousness® which also becomes a pre-requisite to the classes that follow.

I look forward to you attending a Bars® class soon!! I generally teach this class in Australia however have taught this class worldwide and so am open to travelling to other countries to teach it too!!!!

The Foundation is exactly that. It is a 4 day class (taken after the Access Bars® class) that is about establishing how you begin the ‘foundation’ of creating a different reality for you, where you begin to undo the limitations you’ve been functioning from.

For anything to be limiting you, you must be functioning from some sort of anti-consciousness or unconsciousness. Consciousness includes everything and judges nothing; it goes beyond the polarity of this reality where we are always looking to what is right or wrong, and into the allowance, gratitude, choice, possibility, contribution and question that is truly possible.

In Foundation you will begin to see the points of view that limit you and what you can change that would allow you to function from a more conscious space, where you are no longer at the effect of this reality.

If you could change anything, what would it be?

The greatest potency is the ability to change and transform anything and everything.

The Foundation® class can give you an awareness of the things that we have bought as real and true that actually are not, and will provide you with hundreds of tools, including some hands on energetic body processes, that allow you to change anything that is not working in your life.

There truly is a different possibility that is more than what you can imagine no matter where you are and no matter what your life is like now.
